Notice – Inviting Nominations (GVC RWA Elections 2026)

The GVC RWA Elections Committee 2026 has issued the nomination notification for the upcoming GVC RWA Elections 2026. All eligible owners and RWA members of Golf View Condos, Dwarka, who wish to contest for the posts of GOLF VIEW CONDOS RESIDENTS WELFARE ASSOCIATION (GVC RWA) 2026 are requested to carefully read the registered Bye-laws of GVC RWA, especially clauses 4.10 to 4.10.10 and clause 4.12, before submitting their nomination.

  • Nomination form – use the Self‑Declaration form (Annexure‑III of Bye‑laws) enclosed in the nomination notification.
  • Submission location – Drop box in front of Flat No. 1201, Tower J, Golf View Condos, Sector 19B, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075.
  • Nomination drop box operational from 06:00 hrs on Saturday, 1st August 2026.
  • Withdrawal form – use template “GVC RWA ELEC COMM/2026/TEMP01” enclosed in the notification.
  • Withdrawal drop box operational from 06:00 hrs on Saturday, 8th August 2026.

Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and understand that ignorantia juris non excusat (ignorance of the law is not an excuse).

Polling, counting of votes, and result declaration as per the final programme notified by the Elections Committee.

Model Code of Conduct (MCC)

  • MCC is in force since declaration of the RWA Elections Schedule on 27th June 2026 and will remain in force until result announcement on 23rd August 2026.
  • Social, cultural and religious activities may continue, but must follow a non-partisan approach towards candidates.
  • Community events should not be used as platforms for election speeches or campaigning.
  • As per clause 4.12(l) of registered Bye-laws, candidates shall refrain from groupism, inducements, or defamatory campaigns. Proven violations may lead to rejection/cancellation of nomination or post-election removal after due process.
  • The Elections Committee appeals to residents to promptly report incidents that prima facie violate the above aspects.

Nomination Guidance

  • Read the General Election Notice, revised schedule and nomination notification carefully.
  • Ensure membership and eligibility requirements are fully met in line with the registered Bye-laws.
  • Submit nomination within the prescribed timeline using Annexure‑III Self‑Declaration form.
  • Use the notified withdrawal template if you wish to withdraw your nomination within the allowed period.

Terms & Conditions for Membership
Membership EligibilityMembership is open exclusively to Owners / Co-Owners of flats in Golf View Condos, Sector 19B, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075.
Single Membership per FlatEach flat is entitled to only one RWA membership. Either the Owner or the Co-Owner may hold membership, as jointly declared in this form.
Application ProcessApplicants must complete this form in full, attach all required supporting documents, and pay the applicable membership fee.
Voting & RightsMembers shall have the right to vote in RWA elections and General Body Meetings, receive information about Society activities and finances, and participate in Society events.
Payment of DuesMembers are responsible for timely payment of membership fees, maintenance charges, and all other dues as communicated by the Governing Body.
Compliance with Bye-lawsAll members must adhere to the Bye-laws, rules, and regulations of Golf View Condos RWA.
Responsible ConductMembers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and refrain from any action that could harm the Society or its members.
TerminationThe Governing Body may expel members for violating Bye-laws or misconduct, or for continued failure to pay dues as per Bye-laws.
Amendment ClauseThe RWA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, and members are expected to abide by notified changes.
