Terms & Conditions for Membership
| Membership Eligibility | Membership is open exclusively to Owners / Co-Owners of flats in Golf View Condos, Sector 19B, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075. Registration is mandatory for all flat owners and residents. |
| Single Membership per Flat | Each flat is entitled to only one RWA membership. Either the Owner or the Co-Owner may hold membership, as jointly declared in Section B of this form. |
| Application Process | Applicants must complete this form in full, attach all required supporting documents, and pay the applicable membership fee as decided by the Executive Committee. |
| Voting & Rights | Members shall have the right to vote in RWA elections and General Body Meetings, receive information about Society activities and finances, and participate in Society events. |
| Payment of Dues | Members are responsible for timely payment of membership fees, maintenance charges, and all other dues as communicated by the Governing Body from time to time. |
| Compliance with Bye-laws | All members must adhere to the Bye-laws, rules, and regulations of Golf View Condos RWA. The Society reserves the right to amend its Bye-laws; members are bound by any changes. |
| Responsible Conduct | Members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and refrain from any action that could harm the Society or its members. |
| Termination | The Governing Body may expel members for violating Bye-laws or misconduct. Continued failure to pay dues may also lead to termination of membership as per Bye-laws. |
| Amendment Clause | The RWA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Members are expected to abide by changes notified through official communication. |
